Neil Armstrong

Neil Armstrong was the first person in the history of the universe to walk on the Moon on the 21st July 1969. Armstrong was born August 5 1930 in Ohio, America. Neil had flying lessons at high school, and had a pilot’s license before a driver’s license! After stepping off the ladder onto the surface of the moon, Armstrong said the now world-famous words: “That’s one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind.”
